Jimena Horta Ballesteros is hosting a Pop-Up event showing a compilation of my documentary work for the last ten years visiting her homeland in the Mexican Caribbean, Cuba, and Colombia. She will also be sharing, in some shape, pieces of her journals, impressions of being in these beautiful, yet complex and layered places.

Every photograph for sale will be paired with a work of literature by a writer representing the Caribbean and its Diasporas. Part of the proceeds will be distributed to the Ohio Haitian community through the Ohio Immigrant Alliance.
